DESCRIPTION:

Communication and exchange by postal or digital mailing of materials, texts, images, videos, audios, etc. Correspondence can be used to establish a communication channel and also to create a link with those interested in learning about your project, or those interested in receiving what you want to send.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare the materials that you want to send. If it is correspondence by post, you need to get an envelope, box or packaging and take it to a post office. For both mail and e-mail correspondence, you will need a list of recipients.

To foresee a budget line and a person in charge in the case of postal correspondence. 

TIPS / CAVEATS:

In the case of postal correspondence, enquiring about the shipping costs beforehand is highly recommended, so we can make sure that we have enough budget or we can figure out who deals with those costs. It is also important to make sure that the package can be shipped safely considering fragility, weight, restrictions, etc.
